About Bosinver Farm Cottages
Bosinver is the epitome of originality and sustainability. A place of first times, favourite times and fun times for everyone, not just the children. Combining peace, play, stillness and silliness, everything is provided with no extra charges so you can relax – our indoor heated pool, play barn, pony rides and Wild Kids club.
Nature is at the heart of Bosinver – a place to rewild, rechild and reconnect. The essence of Bosinver is about running beautifully unbridled through the countryside, wellies on, without a care in the world.
Accommodation Description
Backing on to the meadows where the horses often roam, Higher Hill is secluded, south facing and offers 360 degree views over the meadows. Higher Hill is a classic ‘upside down’ house – the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living room is upstairs to take full advantage of the light and glorious countryside views.
Kick off muddy wellies in the generous entrance hall and climb the stairs to reveal a wonderfully inviting open plan living space with masses of room for family get-togethers after a busy day on the beach. It is bright, light and spacious with views from every window, comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV. French doors lead to a sun deck with table and chairs for alfresco dining on lazy summer evenings.
The Shaker style painted wooden kitchen has granite work tops, gas hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer and is well equipped with everything you might need to cook up a holiday feast for all the family to enjoy around the farmhouse table alongside. At the top of the stairs is a separate cloakroom with wc and basin.
There are three generously sized bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large ensuite shower room alongside. There is a second king size bedroom and a twin room with two 3ft single beds which share a large family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower.

Why its great for families?
Bosinver\'s 30-acre farm allows guests to freely explore our woods and lake area, discovering the delights of watching dragonflies and birds, flying a kite, or doing roly-polys in the fields. If it’s more active outdoor activities you are after then there’s our zip wire and rope swing – guaranteed to burn off some energy! Bosinver runs a Wild Kids club session with a Forest School Leader to give children a chance to try out a range of outdoor activities and discover nature for themselves.
