Why its great for families?

It wouldn’t be a farm holiday without farm animals and the animals at Woolley Farm are a very sociable bunch, especially at feeding time. In fact it’s hard to know who enjoys this early morning activity most – the children or the animals. Goats, pigs, sheep, chickens and ducks are all waiting to welcome you. Burn off some energy in our sports barn; kick a football around, practice your crickets skills, shoot hoops in the basketball net or play table tennis. There are ride-ons for toddlers and a low-level climbing wall (it’s designed for kids but strangely addictive for grown ups). Soak up the peace and quiet and reconnect with nature; watch the swallows flitting over the meadows or the bees buzzing in the flowers; hear a skylark high in the sky, watch the barn owls at dusk or gaze out over the fields to the sea in the distance.
